We currently ship products all over the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Shipments are free of charge above $30.00.
When your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code from your partner company so you can keep track of the status of your order.
In addition to shipping time, consider 1-2 working days to process your order. Any order placed after 3pm will be processed the following day.
During the period of sales or promotions, these times may vary.


To make a return, you have up to 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order.

Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. As long as the parcel does not reach our premises, the customer is responsible for the goods it contains, we therefore recommend the use of a traceable and insured shipping system.


At the moment we do not have the possibility to manage the gearboxes automatically. To change an item then, you will have to go through the return procedure and place a new order with the item of the desired size or colour.


Right of Withdrawal
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging) in accordance with the conditions set out below:

for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, seals, etc.);
for returns, the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer;
the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the indicated warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Simplitalian will inform the Customer in order to allow him/her to file a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him/her and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal;

Simplitalian will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
In any case, the Client will forfeit the right of withdrawal in the cases in which Simplitalian ascertains that:

the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
the product is missing elements integral to the product and/or accessories.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Simplitalian will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.


Refund times can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment we receive the goods you returned to us in stock. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned items, we will send you an email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will only relate to the amount actually spent.
