For the online lessons and plans (packages)
We understand that sometimes things get in the way of learning a language, so we give you a full 6 months to use your lessons (for the 5 lessons package) and 12 months (for the 10 lessons package). Make sure you use them within the terms as we are unable to extend expiry dates.
If you book a lesson but don’t show up to it and you didn't cancel it (check the FAQ booking section), unfortunately you won't be able to request a refund.
If you think you may not be able to attend a lesson, you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your lesson by contacting us.
For single session we don't offer any refund policy due to the FREE Trial lesson that serves to the student to understand the SimplItalian method.
If you purchase a package you can get a refund to the value of your remaining lessons if you contact us to request this within 15 days of your initial purchase.
For the Online Store
We currently ship our products worldwide with delivery times ranging between 1 and 2 weeks.
During the period of sales or promotions, these times may vary.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from our shipping partner containing your tracking number.
To return your order, you have up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
You can return the goods by post by sending the items to the following address:

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. As long as the package does not reach our premises, the customer is responsible for the goods contained therein, for this reason we recommend the use of a traceable and insured shipping system.
At the moment we do not have the possibility to manage the changes automatically.
To change an item then, you will have to make the return procedure and place a new order with the item of the desired size or color.
Right of Withdrawal
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging) in accordance with the conditions set out below:
For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, seals, etc..);
for returns, shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer;
the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
in case of damage to the goods during transport, Simplitalian will notify the customer to allow him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain a refund, the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; SimplItalian will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or otherwise depending on the shipment for return.
In any case, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Simplitalian ascertains that:
the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
the product is missing elements integrating the same and / or accessories.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SimplItalian will return to the sender the product purchased, charging the same shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
Refund times can range from 2 to 3 weeks from the moment we receive the goods you have returned to us in stock. As soon as we have checked the status of the returned items, we will send you an email. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase.
If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will only be related to the amount actually spent.
